The crane hook adopts Solidworks three-dimensional modular design and finite element analysis. 1. Reasonable force deflection is small
 
The installation method of the overhead crane hook and pulley is adjusted to make the overall force more reasonable, extend the service life of the wire rope, and reduce the deviation of heavy objects.
 
2. New anti-falling device
 
The new hook design and new hook anti-detachment device are adopted to make the hook force more reasonable and ensure that the lifting operation is safer and more reliable.
 
The hook head is made of special alloy steel such as 35CrMo and 34Cr2Ni2Mo, which has been quenched and tempered. Compared with ordinary hook heads, the yield strength is more than doubled. The hook head has undergone strict flaw detection and inspection. The beam and nut are forged from high-quality alloys. The pulley is hot-rolled from high-quality steel plates, and the overall service life is longer.

According to the IATF16949 quality management system, PFMEA failure mode and impact analysis is performed before processing, and technical documents such as process flow charts, control plans, and work instructions are prepared. Advanced equipment such as laser cutting and blanking, shot blasting machine pretreatment, robot welding, and automated unit lines are used to ensure the accuracy and consistency of processing. The main parts of hooks, beams, nuts, and pulley shafts are processed with heavy-duty CNC machine tools to ensure the quality stability of the processed products.
